Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all students enrolled at Your Coaching Center Name. By taking admission, students agree to the refund rules mentioned below.

1. No Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after admission
• Irregular attendance or discontinuation of classes
• Personal, medical, or family reasons
• Failure to achieve desired results

2. Course Cancellation

If a course is cancelled by the institute due to unavoidable reasons, the management may decide to:

• Adjust the fee in another course, or
• Provide a partial refund (if applicable)

3. Batch Transfer

Fee transfer from one course or batch to another is not allowed, unless approved by the management in special cases.

4. Study Material & Services

Fees paid for study material, registration, or online services are strictly non-refundable.

5. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refund will be issued through the original mode of payment only.

6. Management Rights

Your Coaching Center Name reserves the right to take the final decision in all refund-related matters.
